Malgré un louable effort du Capitaine, il fut victime d'un massif splash «Onyx Bomb» du coin, donnant la victoire au mastodonte dans son premier combat à Victory Ring.

La foule du Show de la rentrée d'Acton Vale a donné à Raymond Coutu un accueil de héros alors qu'il faisait équipe avec le champion de Victory Ring Alex North pour faire face aux provocateurs Lucky Sabiti et Jesse Champagne, qui ont presque volé le combat après que Lucky ait effectué un tombé sur Coutu avec les deux jambes sur les cables. Malchance pour Lucky: le commissaire Côté (qui était en poste près du ring) a ordonné l'arbitre de repartir le combat, permettant à Coutu d'attraper Sabiti avec un petit paquet pour le compte de trois!

Sabiti was anything but lucky when commissioner Cote (who was stationed at ringside) ordered the referee to restart the bout, allowing Coutu to catch Sabiti with a small package for the pin!
